My Approach
The support I will provide for you integrates a multi-faceted approach to therapy. Guided by Trauma-Informed principles you will learn why our brains function the way they do and how trauma affects our nervous system. We will gently explore your past and in the process uncover fundamental information about how it affects who you are today. I will tenderly listen to and hold your stories and experiences. Together we will discover how to make the changes you seek so that your life will feel authentically connected to who you truly are. While we cannot change our pasts, we can evolve our pain into profound growth. I have the tools, training, and heart to do this delicate work and while it isn't always easy, it will be deeply rewarding to do it together and watch over time as you blossom and grow.
About Me:
Hi, my name is Erin Hannah Fein (she/her). I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#145145) working in private practice through Therapy Unscripted. I provide in-person therapy in Los Angeles with offices in both Larchmont and Toluca Lake and online therapy throughout California via Telehealth. I am a graduate from Antioch University where I earned a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Depth Psychology and I am trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the renowned Maple Counseling Center. Prior to this I spent 20 years as a professional musician. Just like music can heal us in ways we never imagined so can the transformative power of psychotherapy. I look forward to hearing the story of your life and writing a new chapter together.
